If Exhale Event Productions cancels the event due to COVID illness on our part or state mandated shutdown, a full refund shall be issued. If client should have to cancel due to COVID related illness, 50% of the full agreement amount shall be refunded. Client may request to reschedule the event to a date and time agreed upon by both parties.
